Moosehead Music Festival
The Moosehead Music Festival is a fun, family friendly, and festive event for everyone to enjoy. Located in scenic Greenville Junction Maine, The Moosehead Music Festival features performances by eight Maine-based “Americana Bands.” Although the festival takes place between July 23rd and 25th each of these bands will be playing through the evenings of the 24th and 25th along the shore of beautiful Moosehead Lake.

Chris Poulson and the Social Club
Chris Poulson, who hails from Greenville, will be opening the musical festivities on Sunday with her most recent musical endeavor, The Social Club! With a fresh take on jazz and some of your favorite sounds from the 70's, you'll be moving and grooving all day long. An accomplished vocalist, flutist, and guitarist, Chris is accompanied by professional saxophonist Lefty McAuslin, as well as David Thibodeau on bass, Frank Dionne on accordian and piano, and Dick Hollis keeping time on the drums!
The Boneheads
Formed in southern Maine, this popular group's mix of folk, blues, country, and soulful Cajun sounds have made quite a name for them in the music scene. With a full roster of original material and expertly done covers, they pride themselves of keeping the audience on their toes literally and otherwise. Performing since 1991, The Boneheads have released many albums and have received consistent notice from big name publications. This is one band guaranteed to leave a lasting impression!
David Mallett
David boasts a truly impressive and extensive music career spanning over forty years. Having recorded 17 albums, multiple recorded covers of his songs, and performing across the United States, Canada, and Europe. David without a doubt is a powerhouse of musical talent. A Maine native raised in Sebec, his roots have remained in his music throughout the years. His soulful delivery will have you singing and dancing through the night!
The Mallett Brothers Band
An independent Americana/Rock N' Roll/ Country band formed in Maine. Touring across the United States has brought them a large following while maintaining their Maine roots. This band brings a melding of many musical styles, hard rock, classic country tunes, and a psychedelic flair. Their performance is one that will leave you wanting more.
Bishop Avenue
This band is headed by Dover-Foxcroft native Tim Bishop. Tim has toured the country opening for music groups such as Marshall Tucker, Orleans, The Guess Who, and many more. With his bold voice, unmatched rhythm, and a powerful accompanyment of harmony singers and groovin' band this is one show that you don't want to miss!
The Don Campbell Band
This band creates a fusion of many music styles to create a truly original experience while staying true to its roots of classic American rock n' roll. Playing both front man's Don Campbell's original material, as well as classics from the likes of Johnny Cash, The Eagles, Van Halen, and many more. This band will have you on your feet until the sun rises.
Black Cat Road
Black Cat Road is comprised of guitarist/vocalist Steve Bailey, washboard player/vocalist Jessica Hines, bassist/vocalist Kate Seavey, Keyboard player/percussionist Don Reed, and drummer Chris Hartogh. All of whom have roots in Maine ranging from Denmark, Peru, and Portland. With a bayou twang and a soulful style, Black Cat Road will have you grooving the night away!
Denny Breau
Denny Breau's style on his six string guitar is jaw droppingly smooth and rhythmically impressive. With smooth melodies and searing finger work, his supersonic riffs will leave you spellbound and swaying. With folk, Delta blues, jazz, and country influences this musical juggernaut will leave you breathless.
